A long-time Lower East Side resident whose designs thrive off the energy of the street, his hats are works of art. Since founding the brand Esenshel in 2015, Patterson’s hats have traveled the world and have been worn by celebrities including Lizzo, Billy Porter, June Ambrose, Rihanna, and many more.
